384独白短片《Highway》英文台词及中文翻译
这一部给我的感觉就是“在七分钟内做到从沙雕到哲学的迅速转换”，我包演技过于高超！非常喜欢结尾，因而码了英文台词并进行了拙翻（前半部分过于疯狂了因而翻译起来也不是很顺利……）水平有限，如有漏洞，还请多多指教。

Hope we’ll get a ride pretty soon, man. It’s getting cold out here.
希望我们能快点搭上个便车，哥们。外面越来越冷了。
No coffee for me, man. It’s not my thing anymore, you know. All those little starving and peasant coffee farmers down in south America, I don’t want to be responsible for that, you know. I could not be a part of prom when you are part of solution. No coffee, no sugar, no meat, no Nikes. It’s all connected, man. It’s a part of the big picture. If you don’t believe that, then it’s like we’re all living in the giant TV screen that isn’t turned in any station. Billions of dots just bouncing and frying around, noise in the void, snow, dots. But is always a big picture. Sometimes you can’t see it but it’s there.
我不想喝咖啡，哥们。我已经对它没兴趣了。南美洲的农民和咖啡农还在挨饿呢，我可不想为此负责。人要么是问题的关键，要么便是答案的关键。没有咖啡，没有糖，没有肉，没有耐克。它们息息相关着，都是宏观角度看待下的事物。你可能不信，我们都生活在一个没有频道转换的巨大电视屏里，成千上万的圆点不停在周围跳动飞跃着，声音在虚无中，在雪片中，在噪点中徘徊。但总有个宏观的大局，有时候你体会不到，但它就在那里。
Last night I was hitching, and a few minutes everything made sense. The stars were flowing high in the sky, I could smell the grass, the cricket was cricketing, I was in the harmony with the universe. And then I heard the sound from far away, BEEP--BEEEEEP--, and then I saw it, this giant eighteen wheeler, blowing down on me. Doing 90 mils an hour and I looked up the windshield I could see the driver. One of those bizarre zombies of our modern daily life, chewing down this huge meatball sub as he drove. And I thought, that pretty much sums it up. Meatballs, man! Like what the karma in a meatball? Only humans make balls of other animals. Like when you were in the kindergarten, you were coloring your coloring book. What does the doggy say? Bow-wow. What does the kitty say? Meow-meow. What does the moo cow say? Ahhhhh!
昨晚我在搭车时，有那么几分钟，一切都有意义起来了。繁星在夜空中流淌，我能闻到青草的气息，蟋蟀在耳边悠鸣，我与万物融为一体。然后我听到远处传来的声音：嘀——嘀——！接着我看到一辆十八轮的巨型卡车以九十公里的急速向我驶来，透过车子的挡风玻璃我看到了司机——一个在我们寻常生活中的行尸走肉——边吃着巨大的肉丸子边开车。我就觉得这几乎就概括了全部。肉丸，兄弟！肉丸遭了什么因果报应？只有人类才会把其他动物做成肉丸，就像你在幼儿园的时候给填色本涂色，狗狗会说什么？汪汪。小猫会说什么？喵喵。小牛会说什么？啊啊啊啊啊啊——！

Spiting out cloves of phlegm cause he’s filled with mucous from all the dairy products he consumed. And then he reached up and-- ehh, ehhh, ehhhh-- totally fucked me up man. Could not hear the crickets for hours. Like what’s in air horn, man, like the sound of the end of civilization.
他喝了太多的奶制品，导致他吐痰的时候嘴里全都是粘液。然后他又抬起手拉响汽笛——嗡！嗡！嗡——！真他妈让我懵逼，哥们。好几个小时我都听不到蟋蟀的鸣叫了。周遭是文明终结的声音。

He’s got people lying upon around the block making those lattes. He just said, what are you gonna do about money? And I said I don’t need money man, money is just to buy stuff and I don’t need stuff, I’m free.

Uh, oh, my boss, he said well you will be singing another song when you are old. And I said, when I’m old, same thing will happen to me that’s gonna happen to you. I’m gonna die, except that you are gonna be so rich in your portfolios and mutual funds and IRAs and shit, they are not gonna let you die. They’ll stick you in one of those old aid cells with the adjustable beds that go up and down and remote control for a TV set. Just hope you’re not paralyzed, or you’ll be watching QVC around clock for the rest of your feeble life.
我的老板说好吧，当你老去的时候你就不这么想了。而我说，在时间面前众生平等。我会死去，不同的是你可能会很富有，你拥有的那些证券、基金和投资之类的东西不会让你死去，只会让你在养老院可调节的床上按着电视遥控器度日。希望你到那时不会瘫痪，否则你就得在气若游丝的余生里一直盯着电视的购物频道了。
Me? When I die, I’m just gonna crawl up on a pile of leaves in the middle of woods and croak. Maybe if I’m lucky, an acorn will get lives in my butt crack. Then a giant oak tree will grow out of my ass and drop acorns all over my grave, and then a deer will come and munch on those acorns and my karma will go from those acorns into that deer; And a mountain lion will come eat that deer, and my karma will go to that lion sperm when that lion makes up with his old lady. I’m gonna come back as a baby lion and spend my next life just popping around...doing that mountain lion thing.
我？在弥留之际，我会爬到森林中央的落叶堆上死去。幸运的话一颗橡子还会在我股缝间存活，一棵参天大树于此抽枝生长，在我的墓碑上覆满橡子。小鹿会过来吞食这些橡子，而我的灵魂就将通过橡子转移到小鹿身上去；接着一头美洲狮吃掉了小鹿，于是我的灵魂便得以进入这头狮子的身体里，当他和他的母狮交配后，我就能以一头幼狮的姿态回归，并度过我的来世……做尽雄狮应做之事。

And I’m a step into the wilderness, live on berries and shit. Not bothering anybody. Not hurt anything.

Something I have to do, man. Because I’m the first class passenger on the spaceship earth. And I got one ticket, and I gotta make the ride count, you know. And as far as I figure, you can either take the service road or the scenic route and...man. If I only have one ride, I want it to be beautiful. And if nobody ever hears from me again, it’ll be okay. If nobody ever knows where I am, I won’t mind. Cause I’ll know where I am and...that’s most important thing.
